These terms apply to paid programming consulting services offered by Vector Circuit Consulting Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Vector Circuit Consulting จำกัด), Tax ID (TIN) 0105621401870, with head office at 19/4, Ratchadaphisek Road, Huai Khwang, 10310 Bangkok, Thailand.

Services

We provide application performance profiling, measurement, and optimization advisory on a per-engagement basis. Scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are agreed in writing after your inquiry—not via fixed packages on this website.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate technical information, timely access to agreed environments, and personnel for joint review sessions. Delays caused by missing access may shift schedules.

Fees and payment

Invoices are issued per the signed engagement letter. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in THB and payable within fourteen days of invoice date. Late payments may pause work.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat non-public technical information shared during an engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under Thai law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
