Refund policy

This policy applies to paid consulting engagements with Vector Circuit Consulting Co., Ltd. (Tax ID (TIN) 0105621401870). Contact: info@vector-circuit.digital, +66-2-000-1204.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when we have not yet delivered billable profiling or advisory work covered by the invoice, or when a mutual written cancellation occurs before work starts.

Timeframe

Written refund requests must be received within fourteen calendar days of payment unless your engagement letter specifies a different window.

Partial services

If profiling sessions or analysis have already been delivered, fees for completed portions are non-refundable. Any prepaid unused days may be credited toward a rescheduled engagement within ninety days.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits stated in your engagement letter are non-refundable once scheduling reserves specialist time. Client no-shows without twenty-four hours’ notice may forfeit that session’s fee.

Process

Email your request with invoice reference and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Either party may propose new dates with reasonable notice. Material scope changes are documented in an updated engagement letter.
